Foraging Walks

Want to learn how to safely forage for food? Join us on a foraging walk to learn how to safely identify and harvest wild plants and mushrooms. You’ll leave with knowledge of at least 10 edible species plus their lookalikes—and the confidence to learn even more.

Private Foraging Walks

Want some personalized foraging instruction catered to your specific interests? Our instructor will work with you to choose the ideal time and location for your private foraging walk. You'll leave with increased foraging confidence and a deeper understanding of your foraging interests.

Foraging Property Surveys

Curious what's growing on your land? Want to harvest the free food that's flourishing around you? Our instructor will introduce you to the edible plants and mushrooms growing on your land and steer you away from any poisonous lookalikes. You’ll leave feeling empowered to gather wild foods and more connected to your land.

Eat Your Weeds: A Fresh & Foraged specialty. In this 2-part series, you’ll get acquainted with our favorite edible garden weeds and learn our top harvesting tips and recipes. Get ready to harvest with abandon!

Fermentation Demonstration: Watch as humble vegetables start their transformation into tantalizing ferments right before your eyes! You’ll leave with clear directions on how to start fermenting at home.

Herbal Honey: The sweetest way to preserve the harvest. Learn the ins and outs of making herbal honey. This includes a sampling of our current herbal honey collection.
